Double-hand Poker is a current game with old origins. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American variation of poker, Pai Gow poker joins the far east with the west in a wonderful game for early level gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler against the dealer, not like almost all other poker games that gamblers bet against other players. By competing against the dealer, new players don’t need to be concerned about other, more knowledgeable individuals winning their money.

A further Pai Gow edge is the generally leisurely game play, beginners should be able to take their time and scheme while not having to make quick choices.

It is also much simpler to wager on for a very long time with just a little bit of money since, to lose, both of your hands must be lower than each of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card standard deck and one joker. The gambler is assigned seven cards faces showing and the house is dealt seven cards faces hidden.

A 5 card hand and a two card hand need to be made from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand has to be better than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the houses.
