Double-hand Poker is a cutting-edge game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the eastern with the western in a fantastic game for starting players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player against the croupier, unlike nearly all other poker games that gamblers bet with other players. By competing against the dealer, beginning players do not need to worry about any other, more knowledgeable players winning their cash.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the normal 52-card common deck and one joker. The player is assigned 7 cards faces showing and the dealer gets seven cards face down.

One 5 card hand and a two card hand have to be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the casino’s.
